Amendments to the SPH FPSA Constitution and By-Laws

One function of the newly-elected subcommittee on Nominations, Elections, and By-Laws subcommittee is to initiate and develop necessary amendments or revisions to the
By-laws of the School consistent with the Policies of the Board of Trustees of the State
University of New York and By-laws of the Faculty of the DMC and make recommendations
to the Committee of the Faculty.  The subcommittee has developed a set of proposed amendments based on their review.  In order to propose amending the by-laws, a written petition is required consisting of the names of ten voting members of the SPH FPSA.  The proposed amendments will be voted on at a future Special Meeting of the SPH FPSA.
