Why should my child have to wait?

There is a date every year (Sept 27 ) that will determine if your child can start school or have to wait another year to attend. I strongly believe that if your shild truns five that year that they should be allowed to start school. I have 2 children that are or have been subject to this. When I took my now 7 year old to register she scored well above all the rest of her class. This makes her upset and she is older then a lot of her classmates.
