The Dept. of Education plans on changing the way Year 11 & 12 is delivered in Ashford, Emmaville & Bundarra.
If these changes were to proceed as currently proposed, it would result in a drastic reduction in subject choice for our students. It would also result in some very unacceptable combinatons of subjects which would make it extremely difficult for our students to achieve well.
With less subject choices and unacceptable combinations of subject choice, many students would be forced to travel to highschools in Inverell and this would likely, eventually lead to the end of our very succesful seniors program.
This issue is exteremely important to the school, and whole of communities.
