People should sign this petition because it would give a general idea and inside scope of why students havent yet recieved their financial aid. To see if its the students fault or the schools. How much longer of school does the student have to complete their degree. undergrad or grad?? Did student turn in their paperwork on time. Why students are not being given a firm answer about when to expect their money and an estimate of how much they are going to receive this year. DEADLINES??? How many times have they have stood in line. How long was the wait to get inside. If the students walked away satified or still confused. Have the students received any emails regarding their status. Are the students able to call the office instead of waiting in line. Answers to why the office keeps telling students to wait and come back before the deferrment deadline. To ask students if they have a fee deferrment or not. If students are curious to know if they will be dropped from their classes. To ask their study stragties without their books. Why are students still curious on why they have not received their finanical aid. The workers in the office are giving students the run-around method. If students were aware that if they took extra classes or switched their major they would fall over units. If shtudents are aware that they would have to fill out a SAP petition to ask for an extention of units. Are incoming freshmen aware of this? Are students aware that starting next year that fresno state is no longer offering SAP petition? If student go over their units they will be dropped from school.
