No paid parking at the University of the Sunshine Coast

I will start with an example from the Sunshine Coast Sunbus service, The reason i drive to uni and do not catch a Sunbus is because everytime i catch a Bus i am greeted by the same arrogant drivers, sometimes i dont even get to step foot on the bus because they just drive straight past without even bothering to pull over and ignoring my frantic waving, then sometimes they never show up at all. Either way when you eventually get to your destination you are stressed, usually late and all for what? to save a couple of dollars.
If paid parking comes in it will almost force me to catch the buses, which i will not do because they are to much stress and i cant cope with anymore stress ontop of going to uni, trying to keep ahead financially and still live a functioning life. So i will most likely defer to a University which is surrounded by better public transport. I mean what does USC have to offer over any of the other Universitys around Australia which are surrounded by much better and less stressful transport.

So this is why i am starting this petition, I believe the intentions of paid parking are very good, less cars on the road because more people will catch public transport. But in the case of the Sunbus service, i think they have made an epic underestimation on how hated Sunbus is.
