Ask the BC government to provide funding to train child passenger safety technicians and implement a

The #1 cause of child deaths is car crashes. 8 out of 10 car seats are installed and/or used incorrectly. Parents are confused about how to select an appropriate child restraint, how to install it safely in their vehicles, how to adjust the seat to fit their child, and when to move their child to the next stage of child restraint. We also need to get the message out about extended rear facing. Currently, this safety program is strictly run by unpaid volunteers. Let's get more people trained, let's get some informative advertising, let's get those kids safe!
