A student named Randal that's located in Nor Cal going to a community college and has got approved for a PELL grant one for a BOG b. fee waiver $1,104.00, Pell grant $5,500.00 and another for $2,775.00. Well he's a scam artist and a pathological liar. He has no income, he doesn't work so he scams people for money. He's planning on spending that money for his own personal use and none of it on for school. His plans for that money are to buy get his car fixed, take a trip to los angeles and go shopping with all that money. No one is doing nothing about this even with proof so It's just wrong that a person who take something away knowing other people in the world that do need that money for school and no one is doing nothing about.
