Readmission for STC PTA Program

My name is Jessica Ibarra and I am a former first year student at South Texas College in the Physical Therapy Program. Due to some obstacles and areas of weaknesses I am ineligible to continue on to next semester. I have targeted my areas of weakness and established a plan of action to eliminate my weaknesses. I believe that through this plan of action along with readmission my potential for success in the PTA program will be outstanding and I would be a great asset to this community. I do not see myself in any other career. I like this career, it is very rewarding to see the progression in patient and know one is a part of that, Moreover, I like the physical aspect of the job and that one is always on their feet.
I identified several weaknesses, for example time management. Due to my lack of time management in the first year of this program it hendered me to continue on however, I have developed several steps to impede this from reoccurring. A more detailed summary of my obstacles and plan of action are in my portofolio.
