台灣小小企業家培訓體驗企劃的目的在於推廣讓孩子們從一開始著手創立經營理念、過程的學習到結束，已達到教育和培養小小青年企業家。

Project Goal: To provide students with hands-on business experience in order to promote critical thinking, learn basic business skills, and understand the role that honesty and accountability plays in business and in life. Exposure to business concepts at a young age will hopefully assist students in focusing their studies, spark an interest in entrepreneurship as a career path, and encourage participants to appreciate the hard work and dedication required to be a successful entrepreneur. 

Project Rationale: Taiwan’s economic accomplishments are well known throughout the world. One of the most salient reasons for this is the prevalence of Small to Medium size Enterprises (SME). These enterprises currently account for approximately 80% of the employment in Taiwan (Rigger). Given Taiwan’s history of entrepreneurial success and today’s dynamic global economy there is no doubt that Taiwan’s future society will be decidedly entrepreneurial. In order for Taiwan to continue its amazing economic success story the next generation of business leaders must be educated in a format that meets the rigors and creativity of today’s economy. Thus, it is essential that entrepreneurship education be included in the Taiwanese youth’s academic experience. The Taiwan Youth Entrepreneurship Project proposes a unique and creative way to meet this goal, while at the same time keeping in mind the practical concerns of teachers, students and parents.
