The recent article about 10 year old girl committing suicide after intense bullying has deeply saddened me.

Please take a few minutes and talk to the children in your life, talk to them about kindness, compassion and the sometimes disastrous consequences of cruelty.
Ask them if they feel they are being bullied, or maybe if they sometimes bully other kids.
If they admit they are sometimes bullies try not to judge, just listen and try to help them figure out why they do it and help them come up with alternative ways to interact with others
