Unban Tinker for the Tickle Party!!!
Tinker is an important hero in Dota 2, and this ban on him will cause havoc on the hero ecosystem. We have ingame bans for drafts so if a team doesn't want to play against tinker then they should have to use a ban on it. This is unfair for all tinkers out there in the wild. There are more humane ways of banning tinkers than banning them from even being a factor in the draft. The tickle party is an event that should be enjoyed by all Dota heros.

Medford Needs Efforts to improve Livability
A disruptive population present in central Medford and along the Greenway is creating a perceived attitude of a negative environment for Medford's livability and general perception of a lack of safety. The "Livability Team" proposal under consideration by the Medford Council needs to be approved and adequately funded.
Recent surveys of Medford residents and businesses, a project sponsored by the City of Medford and conducted by SOU MBA students, clearly documented the negative impacts this small but disruptive population is having on Medford's livability. Among the Medford residents responding to the survey almost 60% reported avoiding some areas in Medford and the Greenway as a result of their feelings of apprehension and fears for their safety and livability. Additionally the residents highlight their view that drug and alcohol abuse are major factors influencing their concerns about Medford's livability. From the same survey project Medford businesses reported negative impacts on their businesses such as vandalism, human waste and loss of business. A significant portion of the businesses also reported consideration of relocating their business to avoid this disruptive population. Businesses, like the residents, also consider drug and alcohol abuse a long with mental health issues as substantial negative impacts on their views of livability in central Medford.
SPARC Central Medford, a group focused on supporting actions to improve livability in Central Medford, strongly supports the "Livability Team" proposal before your Council. The Livability Team project proposed initiatives along with other necessary actions, many already part of SPARC's mission plan such as parking and transportation improvements, amenities such as the hanging flower baskets, redevelopment to expand multi-sector housing and commercial developments, and stronger connections between Central Medford and its adjacent neighborhoods can make Medford a beacon for livability and welcoming to all!

Pass the National Suicide Hotline Improvement Act Now
Suicide is currently one of the leading causes of death in the United States, with minority youth and LGBT young people particularly vulnerable.
A new report from the Center for Disease Control shows that from 1999 to 2015, death by suicide has grown at such an alarming rate it has actually decreased the average American life expectancy.
But we can prevent it. One way is to back the National Suicide Hotline Improvement Act, legislation that would be the first step to creating a "simple, easy-to-remember dialing code" for suicide hotline crisis numbers. This could remove one of the barriers for people in crisis who need help.
The Senate has already passed this legislation, and now we call on the US House to do the same!

Imagine being held against your will to have a needle full of phenobarital stabbed into your heart. Imagine having someone who does not have a medical background performing this. The needle needs to be precise in order to administer the dosage of phenobarital to the heart directly in order to kill the animal. You have a shelter worker without medical or veterinarian knowledge basically taking a stab in the dark on an animal who is fearful, stressed and not staying still. Imagine throwing a dart at a dart board and needing to hit the bullesye everytime. The odds of that happening, well you get the picture.
This barbaric and inhumane method of killing dogs and cats is still being performed on shelter animals in the following states, Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina and South Carolina.
G7 was a momma giving birth to her babies. She was held and stabbed with a heart stick. Her last moments were of her licking her babies as she died. The Director of Animal Management & Welfare in Amarillo Texas gave the orders for G7 to be killed while she was giving birth using the heart stick method. After his sadistic actions went public, one of his shelter employees chose to retire with a 28 year pension under his belt. G7 was sentenced to death at his hands.

Sony's PlayStation 4, and for the most narcissistic of reasons, Sony is on the top, it is one of the best consoles out there, and because of that, it doesn't want to allow any other consoles (like Nintendo Switch or Xbox) to play with people using there's. Show Etika That There Is an Audience for “Written in Ice 2”.
Desmond Daniel Amofah, better known online by alias Iceman Etika, or just Etika, did a mixtape a decade ago under the Iceman Etika moniker titled "Written in Ice". Over the years, he's taken less to rapping and more to being a weeaboo and becoming a Minecraft YouTuber. His fans want him to return with a sequel to the original tape, but his embarrassment and his thinking that there's no support for it appears to be the reasoning for his postponement of the sequel, but we need to show him that there is an audience for this.
